I'm living in Lisbon, at a crossroads between the comfortable life I've been blessed with and the life I inevitably wish I had.

My focus at the moment is exploring technology and AI, building side projects, and redesigning my Higher Education engagements to capture this newly unlocked potential. I've gone from playing Counter-Strike and Cities: Skylines to building with Claude Code in my spare time, trying to get better and better at capturing signals and translating them into products, features, or ideas worth chasing. Lately I've been thinking about how a generalist like me can find more purpose in the day to day.

Offline, I've been sticking to running and indoor cycling, and I'm preparing for a couple of 8K/10K runs in September and October.

Relationships-wise — and to my grandma's despair — there really is nothing to note. The apps don't suit me, so I'm honestly living my best single life, regardless of any truth universally acknowledged.
